Comment peindre la situation politique en Afrique aujourd'hui? Depuis la conference de la Baule, en France, la presque totalite des Etats africains est gagnee par la partimanie. Dans chaque pays, on assiste a un foisonnement de partis politiques aussi semblables les uns que les autres. Au nom d'un peuple meurtri, chacun se leve et cree son parti politique, vide de tout ideal et sans aucun projet de societe.
